Pinocchio release dates

The second animated feature by Walt Disney after Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Pinocchio is wonderfully animated. Since its release in 1940, though its performance has been initially impacted by the outbreak of war, it has been re-released time and again to theaters and released on home video in the decades since.

The outbreak of war had hindered the initial international release of the film, but after the war ended, Pinocchio, like so many other American movies, was open to foreign markets once again. The following list of release dates is a work-in-progress and is far from complete (the dates have been copied from the Internet Movie Database). Updates will be added as more dates are confirmed. If you happen to know this or any other historical information about the film in your country, feel free to let me know.
